What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your order after delivery. We only accept products in return that are unused and with tags attached. Products must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ensure that all products being returned are securely packed into a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and original packaging. Visit our return portal. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return postage cost when applicable) for returned items, compliant with our return policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll issue your refund. This usually takes a few working days, depending on your payment provider. We’ll keep you updated along the way — and of course, you’re welcome to reach out if you have any questions.
